When it arrives

Check the box before you sign. If it is damaged, sign the courier's slip "accepted with reservation" (ritirato con riserva) and send us a photo.

Unroll it on the bed base. Cut the outer film carefully, never with a sharp blade near the fabric.

Let it breathe. Foam takes [24 to 48] hours to reach full shape. A light new-foam smell is normal and fades in a few days.
