Here's how it works over the life of your mattress.

Legal guarantee

Free repair or replacement, by law

For the first 2 years, Italian consumer law covers any defect that was there when you received it, at no cost to you, collection and delivery included. A defect that appears in the first year is assumed to have been there from the start.

We repair or replace it

From year 3 to year 10, our own guarantee covers manufacturing defects. Our team inspects the product and repairs or replaces it free. [Confirm who pays transport in years 3 to 10.]

What's covered

  • Foam that cracks, crumbles or breaks up
  • Springs that break or come through the fabric
  • Seams that split and stitching that comes undone
  • Permanent dips deeper than [X cm] that don't recover [confirm]
  • Faulty zips on removable covers

What's not covered

  • Normal softening and wear over time
  • Damage from misuse, for example folding a mattress that isn't made to fold, or using an unsuitable base
  • Stains of any kind. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept stained mattresses back
  • Damage caused by poor packing when a product is sent back to us

How to make a claim

Tell us as soon as you notice a problem. Most claims are sorted with a few photos, no return needed.

  1. Send us photos of the problem and of the product label, using the form.

  2. Our team checks it and replies within [2 working days].

  3. We repair or replace it. If we need to collect it, we arrange the courier, and email you when your product is on its way back.

Keep your invoice or order email. It's your proof of purchase and the start date of your guarantee.

Help your mattress last the full 10 years

Four simple habits.

  • Turn it round

    Rotate head to foot every [3] months. Flip it too if it's two-sided.

  • Use a protector

    Keeps it clean and stain-free, which keeps your guarantee valid.

  • Choose the right base

    A slatted base with close slats supports the mattress evenly and lets it breathe.

  • Let it air

    Pull back the covers for a while each morning so moisture can escape.

Yes. The guarantee covers defects. If you simply change your mind, Italian consumer law lets you withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery. Add your returns details here.

The 10-year guarantee is a commercial guarantee given by [Company name], [registered address], valid in Italy [confirm territory]. It is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, articles 128 and following), which gives you 2 years of protection from delivery.
